Registration includes cocktail reception, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch, social event, access to all technical presentations and access to the exhibit hall.

Standard Registration Policies: All registration fees MUST be included with this form. All fees must be received by 26 October 2020, please allow for mail time. After 26 October 2020, registrations will only be accepted on-site. Registrations are non-transferable.
Cancellation Policies: Cancellations received 35 days or more prior to the starting date of the event will receive a refund of 50%. Cancellations received 34 days to 3 days prior to the start date of the event will receive a refund of 10%. No refunds will be given 3 days or less prior to the start date of the event.
All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to email@example.com.
Right to Deny or Remove: We reserve the right to deny registration or admission to, or remove any party from the Conference, in our sole discretion.
